I integrate decades of astrological study and with over 30 years of clinical counselling experience. My sessions are a unique blend of psychology and astrology. Rather than offering surface level descriptions or predictions, I work with the chart to help you understand the deeper patterns and life with simple language that is easy to understand.

No you do not. The chart is simply a tool for reflection and insight. I will help you understand the information in your natal chart in a concrete way. Curiosity and openness are far more important than belief.

I work with the Placidus house system. My focus is on esoteric astrology which explores the deeper meaning behind life experiences, highlighting growth, purpose, and conscious evolution over time. It’s especially helpful during periods of transition, awakening, and inner change.

My counselling background allows me to work in a grounded, emotionally attuned, and trauma aware way. I listen carefully, track patterns over time, and help you integrate insights gently and meaningfully, rather than interpreting the chart in a purely technical way.

Astrology is especially helpful during times of transition, uncertainty, or inner change, such as relationship shifts, career questions, burnout, or a desire to better understand yourself. Many clients come when they feel something is evolving and want perspective rather than quick answers.

We explore your natal chart together as a living map of your strengths, challenges, and developmental themes. Sessions are conversational and reflective, with space to slow down, ask questions, and integrate what resonates most for you.

This is astrological work informed by a clinical counselling perspective. While it is not therapy, it is thoughtful and depth-oriented, offering insight and integration rather than diagnosis or treatment.

All you need is your birth information, including your date of birth, birth time, birth place (city), and an openness to explore. Some people arrive with clear questions; others come simply curious. Both approaches are welcome. It is important to have your exact birth time to get an accurate reading.

Yes. Charts can be explored at any stage of life, with the focus adjusted to developmental timing and life context.

I believe you only need to have a natal chart reading once. This provides you with a thorough understanding of your major patterns and life purpose. Many of my clients come see me a few times a year for a current check-in, especially during major transitions or when seeking clarity around timing and direction.

I invest hours into the preparation of your natal chart and into all my sessions, and I often book appointments well in advance because my sessions are limited to a number of clients each week. Once a session is booked and paid for, that is my signal to begin working on your chart using the information you’ve provided. The appointment time you choose is reserved exclusively for you and is no longer available to other clients. For these reasons, I have made the following policies: Rescheduling • More than 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment: no fee charged. • Less than 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment: a $50 rescheduling fee applies. I understand that emergencies happen and will always consider special circumstances. Cancellations & Refunds • Once payment is processed, refunds are not available, unless: • your appointment is more than 15 days away, and • I have not yet started your chart. (Any refund issued will be reduced by payment processing fees.) No-Shows • If you do not attend your session and have not contacted me (15 minutes late or more), the session is forfeited. • Rescheduling after a no-show requires repurchasing the service. Please note: I am in the Pacific Standard Time, PST (Vancouver Island Canada) . It’s important to confirm the correct time so we can meet as scheduled. ~Maureen

This is a safe space for curiosity, reflection, and shared exploration, whether you are new to astrology or deepening an existing practice.   The Circle is not about pop astrology or predictions. It is a learning space that teaches you everything astrology while helping you begin to understand your patterns, timing, and the deeper story of who you are.
