Please contact me to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Rescheduling: - More than 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment: no fee charged. - Less than 72 hours (3 days) before your appointment: a $50 rescheduling fee applies. I understand that emergencies happen and will always consider special circumstances. Cancellations & Refunds: Once payment is processed, refunds are not available, unless: - your appointment is more than 15 days away, and I have not yet started your chart.
